We are conscious that this is a distressing time for you, so it is important you have complete trust in how we operate and the level of care we provide your pet.

  • We have the means to video record the individual cremation process from the time your pet arrives with us to having their ashes prepared for return. We believe that this is the only way to provide you with total peace of mind. Contact us to discuss the details.
  • We will never place your pet in a plastic bag, all pets are transported in a comfortable bed covered with clean cotton sheets or a covering of your choice.
  • We do not use builder type vans for collection, your pet will be collected in a comfortable, modern car or SUV.
  • You will receive a beautiful remembrance pack which contains only your pets’ ashes in either a scatter tube or wooden casket, a certificate of individual cremation and fur clippings.
  • We do not operate from an industrial estate or yard; our crematorium is in a peaceful rural setting with stunning landscape and sea views.
  • The seaside town of Tramore is a 5-minute drive away
  • We will always do our best to facilitate any special requests

Resting Pets opened its doors in March 2021. Our mission is to be the answer grieving pet owners are looking for at a time when their companions are no longer by their side. Compassion, trust, and respect; we will care as much for your pets in death as you have their whole lives.
