What are my Cremation Options?

Resting Pets will always handle your pet with the utmost of dignity and respect. We will never carry out communal pet cremations & return and offer a fully transparent service to guarantee that you will have your pets’ ashes alone returned to you.

Individual Pet Cremation and Return

  • Option to have your pet collected or brought to us directly
  • Individual cremations will be carried out within 48 hours of arrival at our facility (Excluding Sundays)
  • Pets will lay in comfort while awaiting cremation
  • Following cremation, remains are handled with care while being prepared for return / collection
  • Includes the option of a wooden casket or scatter tube, fur clippings, certificate of individual cremation with optional upgrades and keepsakes available
  • Ashes are ready for collection or return within 24 – 48 hours (Excluding Sundays)
  • Entire process is recorded for your peace of mind

Priority Individual Pet Cremation and Return

  • Option to have your pet collected or brought to us directly
  • Individual cremations will be carried out on the same day of arrival
  • Pets will lay in comfort in our farewell room while families are given as much time as possible to pay their respects
  • Following cremation, remains are handled with care while being prepared for return / collection
  • Includes the option of a wooden casket or scatter tube, fur clippings, certificate of individual cremation with optional upgrades and keepsakes available
  • Ashes are ready for collection only within 24 hours.
  • Entire process is recorded for your peace of mind

To guarantee a priority individual cremation your pet must arrive with us before 6pm. They are then given priority for the next individual cremation space. Pets that arrive after 6pm will be prioritised for individual cremation the following morning. Same day cremations must be arranged by phone prior to arrival.

  • Perfect option for customers who would prefer not to have their pets’ ashes returned to them
  • Pets will lay in comfort while awaiting cremation
  • Following cremation, remains are scattered with dignity and respect on your behalf in our on-site gardens.

Resting Pets opened its doors in March 2021. Our mission is to be the answer grieving pet owners are looking for at a time when their companions are no longer by their side. Compassion, trust, and respect; we will care as much for your pets in death as you have their whole lives.
